1. The Museum of Failure -- 12/2 thru January
The infamous import from Sweden, The Museum of Failure, is a fascinating look at pop culture disappointments.
It begins a 2 month run at A + D Architecture this weekend. You can check out innovations that didn't quite live up to the hype --- from Donald Trump's board game to Google Glass.
2. Feastown @ Eastown in Hollywood -- 12/2
The bi-monthly pop-up is back!
The Eastown complex in Hollywood (near the Pantages Theater) will have their pop-up marketplace once again.
There is NO COVER, and a portion of the proceeds go to help feed the homeless.
3. NELA Christmas Parade -- 12/3 @1pm
Running down Figueroa from Avenue 60 to Sycamore Grove Park, the 73rd annual NELA Christmas parade is as big as ever. (NELA = Northeast LA for the uninitiated.)
Stilt-walkers to vintage cars, marching bands to holiday floats will all be in attendance at this year's parade. Local businesses along the route will also be holding various specials and giveaways during the parade.
