1. LA Auto Show - all weekend
The LA Auto Show is back at the LA Convention Center, and besides the usual massive selection of the latest and greatest in upcoming cars to check out, they also have more "experiences" this year.
One example is the Toyota Thrill Ride, where they pair you with a professional stunt driver to take a spin through an obstacle course. Get your Fast & Furious kicks, but in the hands of a professional.

2. Foodie Tour of East Hollywood -- Saturday @ 2pm
While West Hollywood holds a monopoly on clubs and boutiques, and Hollywood has the monopoly on tourist traps, East Hollywood takes the cake for foodies.
Thai, Korean, Armenian foods will be highlighted as a tour guide takes you around the various neighborhoods and you try all the delicious (and authentic) foods and learn each neighborhood's history.

3. South Bay Holiday Fireworks -- Sunday @ 4pm
Each year the Manhattan Beach firework display keeps getting bigger and better, and this year is no different.
Come at 4pm to enjoy family friendly events: a "snow hill" to sled down, a Santa for pics, and live music for everyone.
Fireworks start at 7pm, but it's FREE, so come early to take advantage of all the activities before the sun goes down.
