Top 3 things to do in LA -- 1/26/18
1. Night on Broadway DTLA -- Saturday
Councilman Jose Huizar started this block party a few years ago (and also during the day) -- and it's grown every year since.
For this year's event they are expecting 100,000+ to attend. Musical acts like B-52s and WAR are booked, and there will be countless vendors, food trucks, games, and more to celebrate this historic street in DTLA.
A FREE event. Click on the image below for more info...
2. DTLA Proud Block Party - Saturday Night
Within the larger, aforementioned "Night on Broadway" is the DTLA Proud Block Party.
Like a mini-pride in front the gay bar, Precinct, the DTLA Proud section of the block party will feature events/activities catering to the LGBTQ community.
Both events are FREE, but expect a line if you want to go upstairs to Precinct. Click on the pic below to learn more.
3. Pasadena Comic Con - Sunday
While not yet the enormous juggernaut that is the San Diego Comic-Con, the Pasadena version is a smaller, albeit much more manageable convention for the comic lover.
Early bird tix can be had if you arrive earlier than 10am. Tons of different panels, events, and giveaways.
