Financial Milestone Markers (???)

I put 3 question marks after the title because I find the numbers below a little arbitrary.

As long as you feel comfortable in your financial situation, that's usually the best indication you're doing okay -- most people know when one aspect of their financial lives needs some extra attention.

No need to feel bad if you haven't hit one of the markers listed, by the age stated. Just use it for a rough comparison.

In LA, with high home prices, a higher cost of living, and a plethora of extremely expensive colleges, the last two "achievements" usually come into your 30's.
