Top 3 Things To Do in August

1. 626 Night Market - weekends in August

I think I've brought this up the past 2 years, and I will continue to do so because it's cheap and awesome!

Santa Anita Park gets taken over by hundreds of food trucks, vendors, and art booths.

The entry is only $3 and you will be amazed by all the variety. And especially the food.

Bring your appetite.

Did I mention the food?

2. DTLA Pride - August 24-26th

3 years down, and many more to go!

Downtown is becoming the new LGBT hub of Los Angeles, and the relatively new annual pride shows you why.

There will be performances galore, a water park, dozens of food, game, and art vendors.

Tickets are $10, but you can even find some promo codes lurking online.

3. Outdoor Cinemas -- Various Dates thru August

I love a good outdoor cinema experience, as anyone who checks out my to-do lists knows.

But I stumbled across this super handy list from Time Out LA which breaks down every single outdoor cinema event in LA County.

Check it out, and find one close to you, and playing a flick you'd like to see. It's a very varied list with something for everyone.

Get outside in that warm weather, and enjoy some film!
